Jeff Schaefer boasts a remarkable journey that began at Patchogue-Medford High School on Long Island, NY, where he graduated in the Class of 1978. Jeff then went on to have a stellar collegiate career at the University of Maryland, where he was All-ACC player and also earned the title of All-American.
Drafted after his junior year at Maryland, he became the 12th-round draft pick of the Baltimore Orioles. This marked the commencement of a 14-year professional career, during which Jeff showcased his talent in the major leagues, playing for the Chicago White Sox, Seattle Mariners, and Oakland A’s.
Drawing upon his extensive experience, Jeff committed himself to helping aspiring players gain exposure and acquire the skills essential for success at the collegiate and professional levels. Jeff’s impact is tangible, with over 300 players benefiting from opportunities and exposure he facilitated, opening doors to college scholarships and professional baseball prospects.

Dan Kennedy graduated from Attleboro High School (MA) in 1986, earning All-State and All-Conference Baseball Honors. He continued his education at the Community College of Rhode Island, where he pursued a degree in Business Administration, graduating in 1988. During his time there, he received All-New England Baseball Honors and was part of a team that finished 3rd in the JUCO World Series.
Professional Experience
Dan Kennedy began his professional baseball career playing for the Chicago Cubs, Baltimore Orioles, and Boston Red Sox organizations. From 1994 to 2021, he served as President and Primary Baseball Instructor at the Connecticut Baseball Academy. Concurrently, he was the President and Director of Baseball Operations for Team Connecticut Baseball (TCB). Under his leadership, the program won 17 National Championships. As Head Coach, he was a 2007 1st Ballot Hall of Fame Inductee, leading the team to three National Championships in 1999, 2014, and 2015, achieving a .750 winning percentage (862-290). He was an 8-Time Century Club Recipient by the ABCA, and 97% of their graduating players moved on to college and/or the military.
In 1997, Dan founded Super East Baseball, where he served as President and Director of Tournaments, Showcases, and Leagues until 2021. His high school coaching experience includes being Head Coach at St. Paul High School from 1997 to 1999, Hitting Coach at Avon Old Farms from 2009 to 2011, and Assistant Coach at East Catholic High School from 2013 to 2015.
From 2004 to 2013, Dan was the Northeast Supervisor for Perfect Game USA and served as the State Showcase National Director from 2006 to 2010. He later became Vice President of Diamond Sports at Steel Sports from 2021 to 2023. In November 2018, he was named one of the Most Influential People in New England Baseball by the New England Baseball Journal. He also served as General Manager of the Bristol Collegiate Baseball Club in 2010, which is part of the NECBL located at Muzzy Field in Bristol, CT. From 1999 to 2021, he was the Northeast Director for USA Baseball/NTIS, and he has been a Speaker/Presenter at the World Baseball Coaches Convention in 2010, 2011, and 2013.

Dan is a Lifetime Member of the Professional Ball Players of America and the Minor League Baseball Players Association. He is also a member of USA Baseball, the American Baseball Coaches Association (since 1996), and the Irish American Baseball Society (since 2021).

Keith Glauber, a proud New Jersey native, began his baseball journey at Marlboro High School, graduating in 1990. His commitment to the sport continued as an outfielder, first at Coastal Carolina and later at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
In June of 1994, the St. Louis Cardinals recognized Keith’s talent, selecting him in the 42nd round of the Amateur Baseball Draft. Over the years, he climbed the ranks to AAA in 1997, showcasing his dedication and skill. Later in the same year, he reached a significant milestone when the Cincinnati Reds selected him in the Rule 5 Draft. This led to his Major League debut on September 8, 1998. Unfortunately, Keith retired from baseball in June of 2002 after his second shoulder surgery, concluding his career with an impressive ERA of 3.00.
Currently, Keith resides in Fort Mill, SC, with his wife Mary and their three boys—Jake (23), Andrew (21), and Caden (16). Beyond his playing days, Keith’s legacy extends to his family life, where he continues to inspire and support the next generation.

Taking his talents to the next level, Tim pursued a four-year baseball career at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. During his time there, he etched his name in the annals of Tar Heels baseball history by setting records for Most Games Pitched (92) and Most Career Relief Appearances. Tim was an integral part of two ACC Championship-winning teams in 1983 and 1984.
Tim’s baseball journey continued when the Pittsburgh Pirates selected him in the 30th round of the 1986 MLB draft. In 1988, he stood among the Carolina League’s premier pitchers and even earned a spot in the 1988 Carolina League All-Star game, where he secured a crucial save.
The following year, in 1989, Tim’s contract was acquired by the Atlanta Braves. He showcased his pitching prowess in Greenville, SC, at the AA level and also contributed to the Durham Bulls in the A league.
Off the field, Tim has enjoyed a long and loving marriage of 33 years with his wife, Kim. Together, they have two sons, Ryan (26) and Davis (23).
